Service Description
Cleanly is a free URL shortener that allows users to create simplified, manageable links. The service is provided “as-is” without warranty.
Conditions of Use
- Short URLs that receive no clicks for 30 days may be deactivated.
- Deactivated links may be reassigned to other users.
- You may not create links that lead to: malware, phishing, violent or sexual content, copyright-infringing material, or any illegal content.
Anti-Spam & Abuse
Cleanly strictly prohibits spam submissions, bots, automated mass link generation, and chaining with other shorteners for deceptive purposes. Violations may result in link deactivation.
Rate Limiting
To prevent abuse, anonymous users are limited to 5 short links per 30-minute window. This limit is enforced client-side and may be adjusted at any time.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content associated with links you create. Cleanly is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the service.
Disclaimer
Cleanly does not guarantee uptime, security, or uninterrupted service. We do not host user content — we only redirect users to web destinations.
